About The Author
Nosi Ncoyo is a trailblazer in women’s empowerment, business development, and mentorship. Born and raised in KwaZakhele Township, Gqeberha, she is the founder and managing director of Vision4 Group, an organisation dedicated to skills, training, and enterprise development. With a Master’s in Business Administration and extensive experience consulting on national development projects, she has worked with public and private sector entities to drive meaningful change.
Passionate about uplifting women, Nosi launched Vision4 Women in 2011, creating a platform to mentor and support female entrepreneurs. Her impact grew in 2012 with a mentorship program empowering high school girls from under-resourced communities. She has also been a powerful media voice, hosting Vision4 Women with Nosi on Mpuma Kapa TV, and has been recognized as a Herald GM Citizen of the Year top five finalist and a Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber Top 40 Under 40 Achiever.
Beyond her work, Nosi is an adventurer at heart—having skydived and bungee jumped from the world’s highest commercial bridge in Bloukrans. She loves traveling, immersing herself in different cultures, cooking, and crocheting. A wife and mother of two sons, she continues to inspire, equip, and elevate women to lead, succeed, and embrace the fullness of their potential.
